Your stylist has your measurements, your preferences and your order history in front of them. For anything about fit, sizing, fabric, color, what to order next, or where an order has got to, they are the quickest route — and they can act on it directly.

If you are signed in, your stylist’s details are on your account. If you are not sure who you are working with, email us and we will connect you.

For anything else — account problems, a question about your information, or if you cannot reach your stylist — write to contact@thestylelab.app.

It helps if you include:

• your order number, if your question is about an order
• the email address on your account
• your stylist’s name, if you know it

Every garment is made after you order it, so production takes time and the estimate varies by piece. Your stylist can tell you where yours is.

If the fit or the making is wrong, tell your stylist within 14 days of delivery and it gets remade or altered at no charge. Our remakes and returns standards set out what every brand on the platform offers, including when a return is possible.

Because garments are cut to your measurements, putting something right usually means remaking rather than returning — which is why the 14-day window matters. Get in touch as soon as you notice something, even if you are not sure what the right fix is.

Cards are held securely by our payment processor, Stripe, and charged by the brand selling to you — so it is the brand’s name that appears on your statement. If something on a statement does not look right, email us with the order number and we will trace it.

If you work with us as a stylist and need help with the platform, email the same address and say so — we will route it to the right person.
